A Lite image costs 1 credit and a Max image 4. Video costs 3 (Lite) or 6 (Max) credits per second.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Every new account gets 5 free credits, no card required: enough for 5 Lite designs. Free accounts make 1 design per run; plans make up to 4.
Do credits expire?
Free sign-up credits and pack credits never expire while your account is open. Subscription credits last for the billing period they come with and expire when it ends; on a yearly plan, the whole year’s credits arrive upfront and last the year. Subscription credits are spent first.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel on the Billing page in a couple of clicks. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can resume before then.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year at a lower price, up to 31% less than twelve monthly payments, and all twelve months of credits arrive upfront. The plan renews each year until you cancel.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
An upgrade applies right away: you pay the prorated difference, the matching share of the new plan’s credits is added now, and you keep the credits you have. A downgrade applies at the end of the current billing period; until then you keep your plan and its credits.
Can I get a refund?
Used credits are not refundable. A credit pack, or the first payment of a subscription, can be refunded within 14 days if none of its credits have been used. Renewals and partial periods are not refunded. To ask, email us from the address on your account.
Do credit packs work with a plan?
Yes. You can buy packs with or without a plan. Pack credits add to your balance and never expire, but they do not change how many designs you can make per run.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the other payment methods our secure checkout offers in your country. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
