Small Living Room Painted Deep Navy

Small living room ideas

Walls, trim and ceiling in one deep navy turn a small living room into a snug, deliberate space. A velvet sofa, brass wall lights and one large mirror keep it warm rather than dark.

Get this look

  • Paint walls, trim and ceiling the same colour so the corners disappear.
  • Light the room at eye level with wall lights rather than one bright ceiling light.
  • Balance a dark room with one large light surface, such as a rug or a mirror.
